How likely are you to recommend Arisa Health?
What patients say on Google
“After what seemed promising initially, I would not recommend anyone in Mountain View go to the Mountain View location, especially for your children.”
“While most of the therapists are good at their job, it is the organization that is the problem. If you have to call in for clients who have issues you better make sure their release of information is current or you better expect they might run out of medication. Trying to setup appointments for the LOCAL office to see the one who prescribes meds you have to call a different office. Then they seem to not know what they are doing half the time as they ether string you along or take forever setting up an appointment. Any other medical provider, THEY call you or send you something saying there is an appointment coming up. They make appointments ahead of time so you can get it marked on the calendar. This place does for simple counseling, but not for medicated clients. I do not blame this on any of their workers. It is obvious they are VERY over worked and pushed to the brink. They have lost several good therapists due to poor corporate management. The Corp is in it for the money. The Staff are in it for the job and to help people. So my suggestion is that if you NEED medication for yourself or clients, seek a less burdened therapy center as there are a few in the area. If you are just needing counseling then this place should work just fine for you.”
“One of my sons goes to Ozark Guidance in Mountain Home - my son has tried to commit suicide twice on the medications his counselor has and has had him on - I am not happy with Ozark Guidance and I have tried to talk my son into going somewhere else (he is an adult so it’s his decision) - one time my son went to an appointment there and he told me that he told his counselor he thinks he has ADHD and my son told me his counselor put him on ADHD medication! ~ So I guess a person can just walk in and tell their counselor they think they have something and their counselor will just give them medication for it! I know my son’s counselor has had him on lots of different medications and at time’s several at the same time. I would NOT recommend this place! I wish I could have given this place zero stars, but one star is as low as it gets. I am hoping my son will quit going there and start going somewhere else.”
“So far so good. Dr Reed is very nice and seems to actually listen to you compared to a lot of know it all doctors I'm used to. Staff is friendly as well and I'm always right in and out the door in less than an hour. They also helped me with payments for my visits because my insurance deductible was too high and visits would have been too expensive without their help.”
