“The therapist and nurse practitioner that prescribe my meds are both very good. My issue is with the billing. I left numerous messages and only one return call, regurgitating what I had already heard they were going through a billing system conversion. Totally understand, but I kept trying to find out what I owed and was told by Arisa health balance due was zero. I tried to tell them that’s impossible because CIGNA who is my secondary insurance was showing balances due. Now it’s February 2026 and They are billing me for visits January through May 2025. CIGNA even gotten involved and I had a dedicated representative. Even an employee of CIGNA who Arisa is in network called and left numerous messages for Arisa billing never received a reply. So, if you want to see an Arisa provider don’t except any billing resolution when there’s an issue. If they won’t return patient messages or your health insurance provider???? Arisa’s management should be ashamed that they put their patients mental health at risk because of their billing practices. I understand software conversions. I managed numerous throughout my career but never any conversations as small as this one. I converted several debit and credit card processing systems with daily transaction settlement of billions of dollars daily. A software conversion is NOT an excuse for the total unresponsiveness of Arisa’s billing department 🤬”

“I've had nothing but good experiences with this office. The front desk is wonderful. The therapist is also wonderful. I had a full caseload when I started receiving services from Arisa. The only thing I am not happy with is medication management. The nurse practitioner has over 600 clients and is Zoom only. They need more med management specialists who can work more with patients on a face to face basis. Edit and update: I ended up leaving Arisa Health and sought services elsewhere because of their med management services. Arisa Health needs better psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychiatrists. The one I had at Arisa Health treated me very poorly because I disagreed with her.”
