I work in the healthcare field as well, and prior authorizations sucks… so this speaks volumes on their professionalism and their care for their patients. 10/10! :)”

“Natalie is honestly the best; she hears me, she validates (without enabling) and I look forward to meeting with her and updating her. Every. Single. Time. She has a kind, very warm approach with a touch of firmness and NO BS, which honestly has been perfect for me. She holds me accountable but is gentle and understanding and it’s the best thing that’s happened to me in a long time. Medication trial and error is HARD, life is HARD, and having someone professional and crazy knowledgeable that is there for you and can actually help you is truly priceless. I’m so grateful for her. PS I’ve never been able to travel, EVER, without awful panic attacks and sleepless nights and Natalie and I were able to get a mediation routine down and I went on a trip to New England in the fall and it was gorgeous, and I felt like I finally was starting to live my life.”
