No one answers their phone no matter the numbers you press. Messages regarding questions about labs go unanswered. It’s my understanding that messages are filtered. If so someone isn’t doing their job. As a retired ARH employee I can go anywhere I choose and am not locked in by insurance. I choose to stay with Jessica. But because of the above, I’m beginning to rethink that. The only time anyone responds is when a complaint is filed. Sad it takes complaining to get someone to do their job”

“It is almost impossible to speak with somebody about scheduling an appointment because every time you call, the same woman answers to put you on hold and not she does not come back to speak with me. Every time that I’ve been to that facility, there are at least five people in the front office and I’m sure that another one could answer the phone.”
