How likely are you to recommend ARC Psychiatry?
What patients say on Google
“DO NOT COME HERE ! This place will only make your mental health go crazier. All they want is money and will charge you for appointments that you went to and claim it’s a missed appointment. The people who answer the phones will click on you if you don’t do what they want they will never transfer you to someone who in charge do not recommend at all”
“I got charged a missed appointment fee because I missed an appointment while I was in the hospital unable to be on my phone for a zoom appointment. I reached out to get this charge removed and never heard back. Seems like they are just after money. Not impressed”
“Due to new restrictions I was sent here from my Dr to get back on adderall after being off it for a few years. 3 days later nobody will answer or return a call. I drove 15 mins to go set an appointment just to be told I can only book a meeting from that number that won’t answer or return a call… Thank god I wasn’t someone truly battling a disorder.”
