“This place deserves more good reviews! The office and clean and beautiful. In a great location. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, unlike a lot of medical offices where you deal with some miserable people. The memebership is a phenomenal deal for all that they offer. You get a private room that offers many therapies such as vagus nerve stimulation, oxygen therapy, red light and more. The room is lit perfectly to give you a relaxing meditative vibe and doesn’t feel like a sterile doctor office at all. I’m honestly surprised more people haven’t talked about how great this place is. It’s fantastic for those looking for new age medical options for overall health and healing aside from the standard medical system which does little for people anymore it feels. Give them a shot.”
“ARC is the gold standard for psych care in north east Ohio. Conveniently located in Westlake. Yaz ensures your meds, if any, are correct and works with you to find that "sweet spot" on dosage. Sylvia is fantastic as a talk therapist and is highly experienced in all aspects of mental health. Insurance covers most expenses. Ive been a patient since 2018. Highly recommend.”
“I have been trying to call to get my meds filled for almost 2 weeks now. I went to the office to straighten it out and they said they would fill my meds and never did. Now when I call their phone number, my phone is blocked. HORRIBLE customer service and TOTALLY unprofessional. Awful, Awful place.”
