“Military veteran NEVER returning. I’m so tired of trying to get someone on the phone here. There’s not even a voicemail or answering service! My work decided to have a last-minute meeting and it conflicts with my appointment. The office told me I would have a cancellation fee of $150! Make the fee reasonable at the very least. How is that even ethical? I have to choose it to my job and my appointment. This is supposed to be a practice that promotes mental health? But it’s OK if patients have to chase them for days to get someone on the phone, maybe I should charge $150.”
