“My journey with ARC Psychiatry began under the care of Dr. Phillip Sherbakov, who played a significant role in improving my quality of life. His approach was not only knowledgeable but also made each visit feel comfortable and supportive. When he recently left the practice, I was understandably concerned about transitioning to a new psychiatrist, given the trust and rapport I had built. However, after meeting with my new provider, Dr. Mausser, those concerns were quickly eased. Although I have only had one appointment so far, he has demonstrated a similar level of professionalism, attentiveness, and approachability. Knowing that I can reach out through the patient portal at any time provides an added sense of reassurance. This experience has shown me that ARC Psychiatry is not defined by a single provider, but rather by a team dedicated to supporting patients and their mental health needs. Based on my experience, I am confident in the continuity of care and have given a 5-star rating. Lastly I've had no problems with prescriptions and if there was one they have a 24/7 line and doctors accept messages at any time. So far great place.”
