How likely are you to recommend Arbor Psychology Group of Plymouth?
What patients say on Google
“Arbor Psych was recommended to me by my therapist and I scheduled an appointment here seeking an eval for autism. Due to the lunacy of the current government administration, I was able to get in unusually quickly, and the process moved along very smoothly. By July 2025, I had a diagnosis of Level 1 Autism. I'll admit that came as somewhat of a surprise to me. But I was happy with the process overall and found both practitioners that I saw there to be caring, compassionate, and professional. After my evaluation was complete, they recommended that I have all of my kids evaluated for autism, too. I set up appointments for my younger kids first and found the process to be less satisfying for my kids. I will explain why. During my eval, I had my initial intake appt with Dr. King. Testing was done with Rachel Reed and results were given to me by Dr. King. I got to interact with Dr. King twice, both times via virtual appt. Even though it was virtual, she got to see me as a person for her own eyes and I wasn't just data on a page. She got to speak to me, even though she didn't do the testing, and get a sense of who I was. She didn't have that opportunity with my kids. For them, I had their initial intake appt with Dr. King (without the kids present), and Rachel Reed did their testing. I then had the results appt with Dr. King, again without the kids present. She never got to meet them as little people or see their behaviors with her own eyes. They were data on a page. I felt that did them a disservice, as what's on the page doesn't always give the full picture of who these kids are. However, overall I would still recommend Arbor Psych, Dr. King, and Rachel Reed. I think they should consider changing their process for evaluating kids, but in terms of adult evals, I actually have recommended them to people I know and will continue to do so!”
“Both of my daughters have been to Arbor Psychology for testing and also therapy … the communication, education, process and continued outcome is exactly how we hoped the experience would be. We would recommend to anyone in need of services!”
“Staff said really inappropriate things about my child’s diagnosis and were dismissive of my concerns as a parent.”
“Dr. Jill has been amazing to work with, very patient and kind with all of our questions.”
