“Over the past 6 months I've had a really good experience with my therapist Jen until today. I've been in crisis mode all weekend and had to call the 988 hotline multiple times. I called and emailed her today to see if there was any possible way I could get in to see her sooner since I was having such a hard time. I was completely dismissed and that truly hurt me when I actually felt cared about here. But apparently they don't actually care about the well being of their clients. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be coming back here anytime soon if I can help it. I'm finding a new therapist asap.”

This place has gone out of their way to make sure their clients get what they need... making phone calls for me (I am Deaf), rides, hygiene items.
