If you find the right provider (and they have many), I have use and highly recommended Dr. Arashinder Dhaliwal and LifeStance Health. LifeStance worked with me until I found a great doctor. It is not easy to find a great or even a good mental health professional. If you are not happy with the first person they set you up with get a new one. It may take going through a few people until you find the therapist that is right for you. It is analogous to dating, you have to keep trying to find the right person for you until you do. Note: Finding the right therapist is not easy, some are good, some are great and many are more screwed up than you! Give LifeStance a chance, they have many excellent providers.”
