“I went to Appleseed for 2 years. The counselor I went to was amazing but everyone else was awful. Someone disclosed personal information to a family member and then I didn’t get an apology until a year later…Someone else was unsupportive to my family and insulted them. And everyone there feels the need to overstep. The only reason I left 1 star is because of the counselor I went to. The old crisis counselor there always had a bad attitude about everything… you’re helping people in crisis a nice attitude would help. And the front desk staff will ignore you standing there for as long as they can. I would never go here again and I would never wish it upon anyone to go here.”
