I then called their joke of a parent company in Texas and finally got a call from their glorified secretary Cassie. She then told my husband I was basically insane and building a case against his it sounded like to her. This was the main factor that directly led to a physical altercation and the demise of my once happy family. And they didnt care one bit. Karma will come for you Cassie and Dr. Freeland. It will.”

They went above and beyond calling the pharmacy and insurance company to make sure he didn't go without medication. There was a lot of back and forth phone calls but they got everything taken care of. They are all about patient care and making sure anyone who comes there feels heard and welcome.
