“They did not inform me they were not in network with my insurance at the time of appointment. My daughter had 2 appointments with them. Apogee suddenly auto drafted the full payment (they listed as self pay) from my debit card on file. They sent a letter with a 3 day notice but I did not see the letter until after the money was taken from my account. I did not receive any phone communication or voicemails. My daughter has Tricare select for insurance.”
