“Make sure your entire day is free if you schedule an appointment. Guaranteed at least 1-2 hour wait just to be seen, even for e-visits. It is very interesting that the wait time is this long considering the Dr usually just rushes you out the door within 10 minutes and cuts you off while speaking. The receptionists will change your appointment time without telling you as well. I have a confirmation text stating my appointment was at the time I scheduled, I even called back after scheduling initially to double confirm the time I picked, then the day before the appointment I received a text stating it was scheduled for 2 hours later without asking me for my consent.”

“I have had many doctors over the years. Being here, I really feel well taken care of with the kindness of Denise Garshott and Dr Sacks. Not only do they listen but they really want the best treatment plan for you. Now as for the staff, well hands down Shirley is simply incredible, she make you feel like you’ve known her forever and you’re family. If she is not in Tatiana always has my back. They are so very kind and welcoming. With life hitting you from all angles, it gives me a bit of peace to know I can depend on them even when your world feels upside down.”

“Cristy and Denise are fantastic. If you are fully comfortable with a male doctor, then Dr. Sack is great too! I personally prefer female doctors, but this is the first medical practice I’ve gone to for my mental disabilities that has ever actually helped and found what I need to be okay in 15 years. I am no longer a lab rat testing things. I have answers and I am slowly starting to heal in many ways. Sometimes the wait is excessively long in office, but at least they actually care, listen, and help. I live almost an hour away and it’s worth the drive for my own mental health and sanity.”
