What patients say on Google
“I just started with her as a new patient. She changed my medication and I was scheduled to see her four weeks later which I felt was a little long but I thought I could handle it. They just called the other day and said she was going to be out that day and moved my appointment out three more weeks. Now I’ve started new medication that I’m having trouble with and I won’t see her again for 7 weeks now. I guess she has too many patients. I’m upset I waited forever to start with her and now this is happening. Wish I hadn’t ever established care with her.”
“Dr. Lenton and her staff are very professional and offer great patient care. They are friendly and always on time. She is very direct and provides you your options for your treatment clearly and also listens and let you have a role in your treatment plan.”
“She gave very clear instructions about the medications that I'm taking. Spent plenty of time with me. And is always kind and courteous. One of the best that I have ever seen.”
“She let me go because I missed one appointment I couldn’t get to bed I had a blow out I had no idea I needed to come in for labs and she dropped me the absolute worst doctor who doesn’t care and her patient This is from her nurse Sorry we missed you just a moment ago when we called. We were unable to leave a voicemail as the VM box was not set up yet. Dr. Lenton wanted to explain that the reason for dismissal is not due to no shows. The reason for dismissal is due to inconsistent follow up. You are correct that you only no showed once; however, given that you are prescribed Lithium- a heavy duty psychiatric medication which requires regular lab monitoring and her psychiatric symptoms are not stable, regular follow up, at least once every 3-6 months is recommended She doesn’t care find someone else more compassion it she also told me I could come back I went to make an appointment and they told me no h. Dr. Lenton is willing to offer you one more in person appointment to discuss whether or not you two are a good fit. This follow up must be in person and must be within one month of the dismissal letter”
