“BEWARE!!! My husband began seeing Dr. Narihari through VA Community Care after he was unable to get adequate care through the VA. Sadly, the experience ended in a devastating way for our family. Less than a month after the office abruptly dismissed him as a patient, with no effort to transition or refer him to another provider, my husband passed away at our home. He had been on a treatment program that should never be stopped suddenly, and continuity of care was critical. Dr. Narihari was fully aware of my husband’s mental health struggles and how much he relied on consistent medical support. Losing his mental health provider without warning was incredibly harmful.
