What patients say on Google

“Angela is kind, full of wisdom, and cares deeply for her patients. I came in focused on one particular solution, but she helped me step back and look at the bigger picture. Her insight and guidance led me in a much better direction, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help.”
Jordan Rozum
“Angela Harvey is amazing she gives great feedback and amazing tools to help you cope with life. If you want the truth and a clear perspective on your situation look no farther. I had therapist in the past but they never gave me feedback. I am extremely happy to know I really meet someone who cares she has shown me that. 😊”

“I really wanted this appointment to go well, but I left feeling talked at instead of cared for. From the start, things felt off. She was very late for the appointment, and was still at her house, yet still ended the visit on time. The intake paperwork was confusing, and when I asked about it, she was dismissive. I later realized the top portion with the directions had been partially cut off, which explained why it was confusing. There was no apology for her clerical error. The lab testing process also felt poorly explained. She seemed unsure of how it worked, and I ended up getting more information from the lab than from her office. What bothered me most was being compared to other patients, as though I needed to present the same way they did. This felt more like a reflection of her lack of education on my diagnosis. She came across as impatient and dismissive when I tried to answer her questions. Her tone was more than off-putting. I was repeatedly cut off when trying to clarify my answers, and spoken to in a sharp and dismissive way. The visits left me feeling unseen, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I do not expect perfection, but I do expect basic professionalism, clear communication, and to be treated with respect. And while I do not have a master’s or doctorate in psychology, I do have my BA, and I know enough to recognize when someone is being dismissive, unprofessional, and poorly prepared. She was unaware of this, and I feel that made her comfortable behaving this way.”

“Honest , open , & trustworthy . Has helped out tremendously in getting my meds correct and I have really productive sessions.”
