“Finding the suite was a journey. From the front of the building if your facing the building make a left turn and office is on the back left side of the building. Over the phone they did not tell me that the autism diagnosis had two steps. That is a typical process- but I thought this place had a special process since my son had been diagnosed before. I also called back spoke to receptionist and she said one appointment, but that's not true. It is an initial intake then an evaluation set crazy far five months into the future. The front desk primarily speaks Spanish. I get it- but I don't. I think the first facing person should be able to switch back n forth between both languages. Communication was a struggle until someone else came over who did speak English to help me. The place feels old and built fast and cheap. Hollow fake matireals. This place will work for my son's eval after that I won't be back to use their services again because I was rubbed the wrong way a few times and I won't get into detail because I am still dependent on their report. But if u need general counseling and speak Spanish this spot might work for you.”

“Very unprofessional. One of the front desk ladies have horrible energy and is rude. And wait time for appointment is sooo long it’s ridiculous. Who should wait 20 minutes or longer to be attended when they clearly aren’t busy.”

“The reception ladies are the worst possible for any clinic. They will promise you the reports and will not deliver. I was promised my mom’s reports on September 13, which wasn’t delivered. After multiple calls and no response finally was able to get them online and was promised that the report will be delivered by 15 @3pm. September 15@3.30 went to pick the results. The receptionist doesn’t even bother to answer. These ladies should be taught basic manners.”
