“Honestly this is hard to post, because I became close with quite a few people. That being said there is ZERO consistency with this company. Our sons therapist changed 3 times. We then we’re told about a CSA and the things that their CSA does, we were interested. We took to the CSA and it was GREAT while it lasted! The CSA definitely listened, and helped in many shapes and forms. But unfortunately that was cut due to the distance being traveled which that part is understandable. But there was been no consistency with this company. And at this point I don’t think it’s the therapist fault. They’ve had two really great ones! The first one was there for two meetings then we were told that they would go to someone else (I think this one is the actual owner of the company??) , the next was a very kind and gentle woman named Vella, I truly liked her! And their therapist now is leaving in May. We have heard how they need consistency yet they have lacked providing that for them as a company. The building definitely needs a good deep clean, and some additional things but we overlooked that for awhile. But if you are looking for a therapist to stay your therapist, I would look elsewhere. It’s clear the turn over rate is high.”
