As for billing, I have always either gotten something in the mail or an email. Take negative reviews on a psychological business with a grain of salt. I don’t plan on leaving. “My son visited this place a few times for help with some tough things he was going through. While he said the counselor was understanding and easy to talk to, we had numerous issues with the office and billing. First, they over billed me for his initial visit which we were willing to look past even though no corrections were made. Next, they billed us up front for his second visit and did not charge us the copay he was supposed to pay instead. When challenged about this fact, the office manager apologized and claimed to issue a refund. Instead they said the insurance didn't cover it and charged me again! (The same amount) Without ever having issues the refund. Now my card has been charged 4 times for two visits. The kicker of the whole thing is that I never gave them permission to auto bill my card. I did a point of sale transaction for each visit. Now they are billing me at will without rendering services. Oh, and they charge for 60 minutes and both of my son's sessions were less than 40 minutes. The place is a fraud.”

“Issues with billing. Not collecting co-pay, taking months to Bill. Bill going up to $100, $200, $300 over $500 as I made payments on the Porto. I was blocked because it was too overdue. I made payments faithfully each month. Even as my bill kept going up.”
