“I have not even had my first appointment yet and I am absolutely astonished. I can't really leave a review for a specific place because like I said I haven't had an appointment yet my appointment will be in Mount Vernon though but the first time I found this place I called and my call was answered, the lady I spoke with her name is Patty and she is an absolute doll. She is very cool calm and collected very caring very helpful. She goes above and beyond. She does not judge you. She does not act any differently when she finds out certain information that you keep private and don't ever want anybody to know because they do always judge you and yes, I'm talking about medical professionals Anybody she was absolutely amazing and if she is an example of what this place is going to be then I have a feeling I will be leaving another five star review based on the doctors therapists and care but Patty is absolutely amazing. She sent me an email for all the documents I needed to fill out that same day of course with my issues. It took me forever until I completed them and got them sent in , but not on them and when it came to payment method page but I called them back and Patty again and she was very helpful telling me that that's not right let me skip that page if I have insurance especially even as far as taking it upon herself to get hold of another lady that works there to try to figure out what we can do and she called me back And it did not work. She gave me her email so I could send screenshots and she went ahead and scheduled me anyway based on the little information she did and based on like obviously she knew like wow this woman really needs help and she's really concerned so I'm just going to go ahead and schedule her and we will figure this out later and she was also concerned about if maybe the website or documents or whatever wasn't working correctly because then that means other people are having issues and or maybe doing the same thing I did like oh I don't have a payment method or I don't wanna put one in or insurance so I'm just going to give up and not do it Like she was concerned about other people that may schedule everybody because of the holidays and such but she went ahead and looked anyway like nobody really does their job these days let alone going above and beyond and she is one lady who does do those things knew that there was not any appointments available anytime soon, but she looked anyway She is absolutely wonderful so anybody that is looking for a mental health place, especially people like me and people that may put it off because of their issues or because they never get held at any other facility or DOCTOR 🩺 or maybe they get judged or maybe their past or medication they're already on like like any issues that you've had I am telling you you are not deal with those here I will give you my word and I have not even had my appointment yet but if you've had any issues and regards to mental health I would absolutely 1000% recommend to try this place. It will be like an 866 number when you first call they must have like a call but every time I've called I've gotten Patty so just pay attention to when they answer and give you their name and if it's Patty then you are in very good hands , and if you have any issues or concerns or anything don't be afraid she will absolutely help you and figure it out and work through it with you. She stayed on the phone with me because I procrastinate and put everything off and forget so she even asked if I would like her to stay on the phone , so I get everything done and so I could get an appointment scheduled because she was concerned and to get me in as soon as possible and she also words stuff differently so instead of her saying oh well since you don't have a payment method I don't know if that makes sense to other people, but I mean like she chooses her words very carefully so she doesn't say anything that could possibly hurt your feelings or be taken the wrong way. So far, so good! Hopefully the doctors and care are just as helpful and great!”

“The counselor I was assigned to was wonderful however, the office staff continually changed. Oftentimes there was NO receptionist and no billing. They allowed the billing to pile up for months, then tried to hit me with a massive statement balance. Needless to say, I don't go there anymore.”

“Anew was a great place to go for family and individual counseling/therapy for my daughter. My daughter seen 3 different therapist. The first 2 Bobby and April was amazing and couldn't say a bad thing about them. However her 3rd therapist Jayden knew that my daughter had been struggling for months and when she finally reached out to myself and my daughter's ohio rise coordinator my daughter had attempted to take her own life and almost succeeded. Had her therapist reached out sooner she wouldn't have had the chance. I got my daughter into children's hospital Behavioral center my daughter has done so much better and seems to be on an upward path. Indo know that things can change in an instant but unless my daughter is seeing Bobby at this place she will never go back.”

“Anew is a good place I got to the mount Vernon location but the one thing I'm absolutely disgusted by is that they can never answer the phone.”
