What patients say on Google
“I had a 5 star review a few years ago. Then after going through a grueling multiple month process of preparing for EMDR treatment, their single practitioner left and ANEW decided not to tell me or help me find a replacement. I dug up all my deepest traumas only to be thrown away and left to deal with it all alone, without even a single "sorry" or ANY NOTICE. They left it up to my regular therapist and didn't even tell her that I didn't know. I only found out when I told her I had my EMDR starting soon and she told me that particular staff member had been gone for a while already. They treated their good staff so poorly that they all left. I followed my therapist when she finally gave up on them. And, ANEW loves to commit insurance fraud and charge clients insurance for every single thing they can, without letting clients know, and without even providing everything to the clients that they are charging for. Especially if you are on medicaid, they are squeezing everything they can from your insurance. They are terrible with communication and support and just hope their clients are too mentally ill to realize they are being scammed. They have also emailed me other peoples medical files and bills and tried to get me to pay for other peoples services. Trusting ANEW left me completely traumatized and devastated.”
“Brandi & Heather are both AMAZING nurses. They’re always extremely helpful, always easy to get in to see & they are always there for us no matter what. I can message them on their days off & they still get back to me right away. I’m so glad my husband & I chose to come to Anew. It was the best choice we could’ve ever made & saved our lives. Brandi just gave me my last shot on Friday & made sure I knew to keep in contact with her, even after the next 28 days. Couldn’t have asked for a better nurse!”
“I worked with Myra, who btw is the best therapist I have ever worked with. But she has since left this company and no one has gotten back to me. I've called twice and the receptionist claims that the manager is going to contact me but I still have yet to hear anything back. Myra was such an amazing therapist I recommended Anew to 3 of my friends and all 3 of them stated that Anew never got back to them. Due to this I now lack trust in this company and will now have to find someone else on my own.”
“I really love working with Myra. She is highly informed, supportive, compassionate, gentle, everything a person needs while processing old trauma and navigating an often difficult and challenging healing process.”
