How likely are you to recommend Analyze Psychiatry - Orlando?
What patients say on Google
“What about, Bob? Bob is doing much better, thank you. I truly appreciated the professionalism and understanding exhibited by Dr. Sidawi. Due to my travel schedule my time with the doctor was brief. However, the care and attention I received was on target and immensely helpful. Much appreciated, Dr. Sidawi.”
“I cannot recommend Dr. Alexander Sidawi highly enough. From the moment I first connected with him via in-person visits, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Sidawi’s compassionate approach is evident in every interaction. He takes the time to listen deeply, offering insights that resonate and help untangle the complexities of my thoughts and emotions. Dr. Sidawi’s extensive training shines through in his practice, and how he treats his patients. I have never felt like I was being fully heard or understood in my prior attempts with psychiatrists, but he has made me feel like we are working together to fix what’s holding me back. His experience across various settings, including outpatient clinics and emergency rooms, equips him with a well-rounded perspective on mental health. He has a particular knack for making difficult topics feel approachable, and his expertise in psychodynamic psychotherapy has been incredibly beneficial for me. I’ve experienced several “aha” moments during our sessions—those enlightening realizations that have helped me understand my patterns and how they affect my current relationships. I have been Dr. Sidawi’s patient for almost six months, and in that time I have made leaps and bounds in progress as far as my way of thinking. I have been working on weaning off some long standing medications that are hard to come off of, he has been vital to me during this time in my life. Because I am a Methadone Maintenance Treatment patient at a clinic that only deals with prescribing the medication, I encounter the stigma attached to MMT constantly, and the stigma is also a long standing one that has put barriers between me and medical care I needed due to being in a Medication Assisted Treatment program. Many doctors would not even take me on to wean me off of what I was on safely, and it was terrifying. However, from the start he assured me he has worked with patients that had these similarly "complex" issues and he was confident to take me on as a patient after I explained all that I have going on and I immediately felt so much safer knowing I had a doctor who cares about me. Due to his warm, calm and straightforward attitude, I felt instantly comfortable to be completely and one hundred percent open and honest with him about my past, present and where I’m looking to go for the future and I truly value his help in shaping me to be a successful person, who is thriving despite mental illness. I have seen dozens of doctors since I started mental health treatment as a child, and at 32 years old, I have finally found a doctor who is respectful of me, my time, my finances, my emotions, and treats me as an equal, not like I’m beneath him. I can feel that he truly wants me to succeed; even on days where I feel like I won’t be fruitful in my attempts at getting better, he is still rooting for me. I have truly never felt so comfortable with a Doctor in my life, he has already helped me so much and not having anxious feelings surrounding my doctor’s appointments is highly beneficial to me. What I appreciate most is Dr. Sidawi’s ability to blend medication management with therapy. He takes a holistic approach to treatment, ensuring that I feel supported on all fronts. His ethical standards are evident; I always feel that my well-being is his top priority. Whether you’re seeking help for anxiety, depression, or any other mental health concern, Dr. Sidawi provides a safe space for exploration and healing. His genuine care and encouragement have made a significant difference in my life, and I am grateful to have him as my psychiatrist. If you’re looking for someone who combines knowledge with empathy, Dr. Sidawi is the psychiatrist you want on your journey to better mental health.”
“Dr. Sidawi is thorough, intelligent, and takes the time to listen to your issues - traits that are lacking in many psychiatrists, in my experience. He centers your personal experience and allows flexibility with medication rather than mandating meds that are not working for you.”
“Finding the right psychiatrist in Orlando has been overwhelming, but Dr. Sidawi finally provided to me what I had been searching for. You will never feel rushed, he takes the time to truly listen (not just to your symptoms), and digs deep to learn your whole story. He is really detailed in explaining pros and cons of medications, and helps walk you toward a decision that feels comfortable. He remembers details from previous sessions and follows up on specific concerns, showing genuine investment in your progress. His office environment is calming and professional. Appointment scheduling is very straightforward, through the portal, and you'll also get email reminders about upcoming appointments so you don't forget. The waiting room is comfortable and private - small details that make a big difference when you're already anxious enough. For anyone in the Orlando area searching for a psychiatrist who combines expertise with genuine care, I couldn't recommend Dr. Sidawi more highly.”
