Their providers are genuinely compassionate and caring. I appreciate that they offer telehealth and that their telehealth appointments are easy to navigate. Initially I was a bit taken aback by the fee of $100 being charged if you don't cancel 48 hours in advance, but they send tons of appointment reminders, so I haven't had any issues with making my appointments or rescheduling within the time frame allowed.”
