The claim everyone is to treat everyone with dignity and respect.im guess this doesn't army to employees.was dropping my daughter of, there were a few cop cars there block on of exits.so we decided to help a bus back out with the parking lot being on smaller side.while doing so a black suv came flying around the building had to get driver to stop to avoid hitting g us or the bus.this lady precedes to swear at us saying how she almost hit the building. In America when parking lots are snow covered, we drive slowly especially if there's lots of vechiles and people walking in them. It's common sense.lady driving finally parks vechile still swearing at me and my daughter low and behold it's a employee of ami. Great job hr on doing nothing I guess Samantha at ami can do what she wants. What about the non verbal people ami that Samantha comes in contact with who can't speak for themselves.fyi all this caught on cameras there at amo and my dash camera.ipdate. obviously nothing was done. Only thing I should have done differently was not trust your staff to handle it and filled a police report. Your workers really do nothing other then stand out side smoking or vaping. Simply wow milk insurance companies to have workers stand around and smoke and vap. I still have my dash cam video of your employee driving wreckless through parking lot and cussing clients out. Yet samantha wasn't fired or even suspended. Yet you wanna say how you treat people they way they are suspose to be treated.
