“I had a wonderful experience staying at this residential home. The staff truly care about the residents and always go above and beyond to make everyone feel safe, supported, and respected. They are kind, patient, and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely want the best for everyone. The home is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment that feels peaceful and secure. The staff are always available to listen, provide encouragement, and help with whatever is needed. They treat everyone with dignity and compassion, which makes a huge difference. I’m very grateful for the care and support I received during my stay. This residential home has made a positive impact on my life, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and caring place to stay. Thank you to everyone for all that you do!”

“This is not the place to go for internet addiction. Our daughter spent 10 weeks here and came home with all her ChatGPT and other internet related addictions fully in tact. In the step down house she had 24/7 access to her drug of choice even though we were told her access would be “slowly introduced.” In the in patient house I complained she wasn't getting one on one therapy and when the counselor was called out by her supervisor she called me and said “the interns need to learn.” Patient care should come first not intern education. In addition as reported by our daughter group therapy was seldom. Also the marketing materials talked about daily Yoga which also didn’t happen. We trusted the “sample schedule” given to us by Admissions but it was FAR from accurate. Also don’t believe any of the information about healthy diet. Our daughter continued her sugar addictions including hiding food in her room which was a problem at home. We did not get what we paid for and we are back at square one having to manage her technology and doing room inspections for food. We wanted a Detox and to have addiction eradicated or more strongly addressed. Our home is not a Rehab Facility. That’s what we were hoping for and did not receive. Frankly I’d like a refund.”

“When I went here my therapist fabricated documents claiming we were having therapy sessions that she was just not having with me and when I confronted her about it she straight up gaslit me and tried to say to my face we had sessions we did not have. My mental health reached a serious low at this place. At one point I laid in my bed for five days straight here did not eat a thing and the staff genuinely had no reaction even when I had a mental breakdown and started screaming about how no one cared I was starving myself severely. Luckily, I was able to go to another facility that helped me get better, but please avoid this place if you can. They wasted a huge amount of my insurance money that I could have used to stay in a facility that was actually committed to supporting me for longer. The problem with this place is that there are a lot of people here who are genuinely just too lazy to give people at an all time low the support they deserve. If those people were working some other job like fast food I could not care less, but their negligence is playing with life and death in a place like this.”
