“I called the medication line on Thursday the 2nd, my pharmacy faxed over a need for prior authorization. Didn't hear back, call and left a message on Friday the 3rd, I usually only leave one message because one message was all it took, not this time, my insurance faxes over something. Still nothing. Now I get told today they're not in and work half a days Saturday, and if I leave a message she'll get back to me on Monday. So I have to wait five days because your medication hotline person didn't feel like doing their job before easter? I would get fired from my job if I didnt do my job for two days straight because of a holiday.”

“Made an appt for my son. Was told 8:15am. Arrived at 8am building was locked and nobody ever showed up. Everytime i go here there is always a problem. Why schedule people early for appoinments if the building does not open till 9am?”

“They never answer the phone. You wait like hours for your appointment. Mental health is supposed to help not supposed to put you in a panic attack because you’re waiting two hours for an appointment.”

“Terrible. Don't know how they stay in business. Staff is unprofessional. Looking at phone, laughing at something she was watching, hardly looked at me and the place was empty! . Another time we went my child could not give a urine sample before the appointment. After he was able to and when we asked If they still wanted it, she said "no you can have it". I still wonder if we were charged for it through our insurance. It is very hard to find a psychiatrist for children and this was the only option. We will try to get another recommendation, because this place is a joke. Rate it zero if I could.”
