His staff is also very concerned and helpful. “MUST HAVE A REFERRAL FROM PSYCHIATRIST OR PCP!!!! It's not listed on the website and even though they take my insurance I still had to ask for referral. Unfortunately I have a lazy PCP and have been waiting for almost a week now for said referral and don't expect any help from this office to speed that up. They won't call for you and they only argue with you when you give your opinion on how clinics like this is why people don't reach out. I have insurance that y'all take and I'm literally crying for help but you need a referral??? Sounds like money and greed over patient care. I'm done trying but wish the next person better luck.”

“Remarkably unprofessional - both Dr. Dortilus and his office staff. Appointments are cancelled with no explanation. Dr. Dortilus is incredible hostile. He called me at 8am after my first appointment stating the nature of my condition is so “confusing” to him that he couldn’t understand it and that further treatment “threatened” his license to treat me - despite extremely elaborate referrals and lab testing. He uses his computer (didn’t have a privacy screen) for his own personal use throughout the appointment while pretending to take down notes. I have no clue how he still has a license. Stay away from him.”
