“So far I’m not very impressed. The consulting specialists were great. They were very efficient and really took my need as a patient to get an appointment with the provider as soon as possible. however, with the provider, I ran into some difficulties. She seemed to want to jump to conclusions very quickly without reading the facts and looking at the documentation in front of her. It was a time sensitive situation, and I just thought that she was very condescending and it concerns me that It takes such an effort to get her to take me seriously.”
