How likely are you to recommend Amara Onuorah, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner?
“Amara Onuorah is the best. She keeps my medication stable for me and has a great demeanor when helping me work through my rough times.”
“My NP, Amara O, has done so much to help me. She is so easy to talk to. She is very thorough with your medications, and any other medical issues she should be aware of. I would recommend her for anyone.”
“Feels like I’m talking to my best friend. It feels good to have someone that I can relate to and makes me feel comfortable - has helped me a lot with med information.”
“Life stance rep called me to arrange an appointment. Before we proceeded l asked her to check my insurance and she said that they accept it. Went for my appointment and was hit with $590 bill, saying my insurance was out of network. So, they lied just to get me thru the door. I even asked for a good faith estimate prior to my appointment which they never provided. I cancelled my next appointment and had an opportynity to change my insurance to Medicare, which the provider explicitly list as one of the insurance they accept. I called to make an appointment with Medicare , but they said they do not accept it. But it is listed as the insurance that the provider accepts. So, they broke several laws. They did not provide good faith estimate when requested, the price list is not displayed anywhere and they broke " no surprise bill act". They seem as a corrupt company out to cheat out patients seeking care by lying about accepting the insurance and turning around saying that they do not. Charges posted dont have any codes and are not itemized. So you dont know what you are charged for. I am definatelly reporting them to federal and state agencies for unethical behaviour, lying, cheating and providing bills that have no explanation. Calling the billing department is uselles, as they dont have any answers. Call center is somewhere in India and they are just reading a script. If l could give -0 stars l would. Avoid this company at all costs.”
