Michelle is an exceptional clinician and I trust that she will always help guide me, while considering my best intesrests in mind. She never makes me feel judged or dismisses me. She allows me to talk about the concerns in a calm, thoughtful manner. She makes me feel like she actually knows me, and genuinely wants to help me succeed. The staff that handles my billing is always responsive, and I was greeted by Erica who offered a payment plan for a balance due witout passing judgement. Overall, I would not hesitate to go here when I feel like I know that I need help navigating everything life has coming at me. They get to know their clients and dont make you feel like you are just someone that is just another patient and want to move on to the next person. I felt truly cared for.”
