“Hard to get a hold.of a provider when child needs medication refills when their practitioner is out of the office. It is imment that my child has her meds due to the child's medicine. My child has been on a controlled medication now for eight months the only pharmacy that carries her medication is closed on weekends, my child's refill date falls on a weekend. I called to inform alta four days in advance and have called repeatedly to get them to send it in. The staff is wonderful the receptionists are fantastic , as well as the providers, my only concern is this situation here. When something like this happens the parents and the children suffer, it is a scary situation to be in because of the type of medicine my child.takes. As I said before the staff is wonderful but there needs to be a better system in place for situations like THIS. I have a feeling it's gonna be a hard weekend. Please let's get this rectified and a much better system in place for families who actually are responsible and respectful to the practice that put their child's safety first. It is ridiculous that I have had to call thisamy times due to the practitioner beings out of the office . My child depends on her meds and it is what keeps her life in order.
