“I've only recently started with this company but so far they're able to facilitate my various needs. They accept my insurance and the counselors also do tele-sessions since I work 7 days a week for now. I'll add more info as we become familiar with each other. Update: Been with Alssaro a few months now and I can't even begin to tell you guys how much I've learned about myself and why I do some of the things I do. Having a traumatic brain injury doesn't help being a pain in the neck for those who are around you. My Therapist Jason is understanding, caring, engaged, and does his very best to get me to realize I'm hurt person, not bad or mean. I've uncovered so much that comes from childhood that affects how we behave as an adult. I highly recommend Alssaro Counseling and Jason in particular if you're lucky enough to get him.”

“The billing department is a mess. Especially sorting out billing/payment from multiple insurances and their payment portal. It took my calling THEM for over a month to sort out, and they would repeatedly call me to ask why I hadn't paid, even though I weekly called about getting the client portal to work. This caused me much stress. In the end the billing delay meant I couldn't get reimbursed from my work place, so it cost me a large chunk of money too I actually found an excellent therapist here. He was really great, although he eventually left Alsarro. (Perhaps, Alsarro can work on retention too)”
