How likely are you to recommend ALPINE PSYCHIATRY?
What patients say on Google
“I had an excellent experience at Alpine Psychiatry. The staff was welcoming, professional, and caring from the moment I arrived. The provider took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel heard and respected. After my car accident, I was dealing with anxiety, stress, and post-concussion symptoms, and I felt that my treatment was thoughtful and personalized. I truly appreciate the compassionate care I received and highly recommend Alpine Psychiatry to anyone seeking quality mental health care.”
“I can only review Alpine Psychiatry’s intake process because I ultimately chose not to become a patient. Their website describes their care as “compassionate,” “personalized,” and “patient-first,” but none of that compassion came through in my communications with them. Instead, their messages focused heavily on copays, potentially higher costs, financial disclaimers, and a mandatory credit card authorization that had to be completed before the process could continue. At no point did anyone express empathy, ask how I was doing, or offer any reassurance while I was seeking mental-health support. I understand that billing information must be discussed, but the overall experience felt transactional and money-driven rather than compassionate or patient-centered. It left me questioning whether my well-being would genuinely be a priority, so I decided to pursue care elsewhere. Based on my intake experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.”
“Rob is the best. I feel like I got really lucky finding him. He’s knowledgeable and an excellent listener. As someone who’s new to exploring and treating the ADHD I’ve had my entire life, there were moments where I inevitably felt vulnerable or unsure of how to communicate my symptoms. Rob was able to listen and quickly identify a clear path forward for me. I cannot recommend him enough! To feel truly seen and heard by a professional—especially a male provider—is a uniquely wonderful thing to find.”
“Tatiana is the best. She listens well and understands where I am coming from. She does a Great job of giving me different choices to try for treatment. She is easy to talk to and very relatable. I would absolutely recommend her.”
