“My provider has been excellent! She is very professional, easy to talk to, and has always ensured that my care needs were met with efficiency. The office staff has been challenging to work with. On several occasions I’ve struggled to get appointments rescheduled because the staff either couldn’t access the calendar, or they failed to actually cancel an appointment correctly and I was billed for a missed appointment (that I cancelled way ahead of time!) Fortunately, my provider was able to assist the staff, but it’s honestly easier to just communicate directly with the provider for all scheduling needs.”
