“Was charged for an appointment to review results when doctor did not even make an effort to enter her portal to pull the results. She then told me it was my responsibility, for me to find out that they had been sent weeks earlier and she had just not bothered to check. This was after telling me I was “bi polar” after knowing me for 10 mins cause I’m “hyper verbal” and ticked one too many boxes on her 12 question survey. I was told this office was good, but I was underwhelmed.”

I think it's important to note that I have been circling this earth for over fifty years. I was raised in a time when problems were best kept to oneself. I am not saying that's right or wrong because one can't escape one's own reality. That being said, I was very nervous walking into her room. It took less than 5 minutes for most of those nerves to settle. She has a very calming presence about her. I was amazed by how fast she was able to zero in on what I visited about. I highly recommend Natalie Ragland to anyone seeking such services.”
