What patients say on Google

“I have been a regular since Aug or Sep I couldn’t make it to my Monday appointment since my appointments have always been virtual, and now since I wanted to reschedule last minute they wanted to charge me the $100 late fee I understand that but also as a Loyal client and this being my FIRST TIME I ever have done this no EXPECTATION .. I have 2 under two it was the weekend who am I supposed to call when I realized it was in person and I live 40mins away. My psychiatrist was cool, but damn the manager is holding it down tight. I guess there really is no compassion for mental health right”

“We’ve had a wonderful experience with Ally Psychiatry. Dr. Benjamin Miner, Heather (the office manager), and the entire front desk staff have been warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Heather keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently, which makes such a difference. As the conservator for my adult son, navigating his mental health care can be very stressful at times, but their compassion, organization, and support have made the process feel so much more manageable. It’s clear they truly care about both my son and me, and I’m very grateful for the excellent care he’s receiving.”

“We’ve had an outstanding experience with Ally Psychiatry over the past year. My mother has been a patient there, and the level of care has been consistently excellent. The staff in both the Franklin and Nashville offices are professional, kind, and genuinely compassionate. They treat patients with respect and patience, which makes a huge difference...especially for someone elderly who needs a little extra care and understanding. What really stands out is how helpful and responsive they are. Whether it’s answering questions, coordinating care, or just making sure my mom feels comfortable, they go above and beyond. It’s not easy to find a practice that combines professionalism with real human kindness, but Ally Psychiatry does exactly that. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality psychiatric care for a loved one.”

“Had a great plan with a great provider, however since this is a "teaching" clinic, the providers change periodically. My new provider, Cheng, wanted to reinvent the wheel and change my entire treatment plan, that was working just fine. Like, I get it man, you're fresh out of school and want to make a name for yourself and change the world. But changing drastically ones mental health medication is very dangerous. I've been dealing with mental health medications my entire life, im highly educated and have been an advocate for mental health, contributing to studies and volunteering my time to promote mental health. In my opinion, stay away from "teaching" clinics. Find you a good provider that's well established that understands you and stick with them. Im editing and revising my review due to my recent experience, but still want to share both experiences. After my negative experience which happened on a Monday, by Tuesday morning the office manager of the clinic was calling me apologizing and working out a plan to make sure I as well as my mental health was taken care of. It seemed to me she was really going out of her waybas she was trying to get my appointmentcost waived. She explained they have doctors on staff that dont rotate and it might be best for me to continue care with one of those. We set an appointment for Wednesday. I met with Dr Korman. We talked for over an hour, really getting to know each other, came up with and agreed on a plan going forward to manage my mental health. It was hands down the best psychiatric appointment i have ever experienced. Not only do I feel like I know my doctor now, but I trust his knowledge experience and recommendations. It was without a doubt a 5 star experience. I have the deepest gratitude now for the clinic, especially the office manager who is very fit for the role. Combining the 2 standout experiences i feel comfortable giving the clinic 4 stars. Give the clinic a try. You wont regret it!!”
