What patients say on Google
“Would advise staying far, far away from them and any office they manage. Despite calling and attempting to pay a bill multiple times, they sent my bill to collections, damaging my credit. When I called about this, they read me a note made by an employee which documented that I had called months before in an attempt to pay and was to be called back so I could pay the bill. I never received that call back, not given the chance to pay like I asked. Spoke with them again today—“nothing we can do.” Now to deal with a collections agency! Also received subpar care at the appointment in a Birmingham office and it was very expensive despite insurance. Look elsewhere!”
“I normally try to handle concerns directly with a provider before leaving a review, but I am extremely disappointed by my experience with communication and prescription follow-up through this office. Following my recent appointment, I experienced repeated delays in receiving my ADHD medication despite multiple phone calls, voicemails, and portal messages over multiple days. The lack of timely communication and follow-up created significant stress and disrupted my travel plans, including having to rebook a flight while trying to resolve the issue. My concern is not just the delay itself, but the difficulty reaching staff and obtaining clear updates regarding continuity of care. At this point, I plan to formally document and report my experience to the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners for review of the communication and prescription-management concerns I experienced as a patient. I hope the office will improve responsiveness and follow-up procedures for future patients.”
“I have been taking my children to the Montgomery Clinic for about 5 months and and the staff and doctors have nothing but respectful to us. They have got my child that was having difficulties in school within a few months and answer any questions that I need. I was impressed by the testers knowledge on the test given and the resources for my child. The clinic is clean and those that I do interact with are respectful to my autistic son. I appreciate the office manager in informing me of any changes I need to do if there is a discrepancy in my bill or if i need to get a referral. The last Practice I was at was a pill pusher and did not take in account the needs of my children and the need for proper testing unlike this one.”
“If I could give 0 stars I would, my prescription I’ve been on for over a year got sent in wrong, I asked for it to get fixed.. called for a week and left messages with no answer, finally got an answer and she told me to start emailing. I was told I couldn’t get that script because I no showed my appointment. Well I didn’t and it was a mess up on their side, granted I had just had a miscarriage with twins with one ruptured my tubes and almost died so if there was a time I needed my meds the most it was then. I sent in proof I attending the appointment, not trying to be rude. They amdotted it was their fault but I guess I offended my doc because he dropped me and wanted me to see a different doc. All I did was point out the mistake, called for a week straight to make an appointment with new doctor and having to stop my meds cold turkey and feeling awful.. I ended up losing my job because all this.. I was having panic attacks daily.. you don’t mess with people mental meds. It’s beyond messed up”
