What patients say on Google

“Took one child there and they discharged later because her needs were too high then took two more children there and they would not accept them as patients because they said their needs were too high. Did not help us.”
Trinity Wolfe
“This facility is a joke! The counselors tell each clients case to EVERYONE in the office, they make fun of people’s situation, they look family members up in jail sites, they dog the parents of kids. Your case is NOT confidential here! Would not take an animal here at alone a human!”
P Hunt
“This place is a joke. They offer classes for men , but yet the class is a joke. Some men actually need help with anger. When you go there expect the staff to be rude if your a wife speaking on behalf of your husband. Told me my husband was male privilage and needed to call himself after I signed and him the waiver saying I could. When in fact I worked full time and he stayed home with three kids. He cooked, took care of babies and cleaned? Explain the male privilage? I made the appoinments because I worked n needed to go thru me first. The "prescriber" is an old joke as well. She stares at a screen to determine what you need she picks anything. Gave us hydrozine to a stay at home dad for anger? Refuses to give him the medication he needs becouse of history. Don't be honest or you'll be shunned. Then expect to wait 7plus days while living in hell for a medicine that probably won't work. And another three months to get a different medication. The "prescriber" only works two days a week. The only work for money and no true passion to help those in need ! I've been in consuling for years myself and never had I experience such disconnect and crude behavior from those your asking for help from. Im outraged that the Cambridge hospital will help but not a behavior help office. Disgusting.your awards are for 1999, really nothing snice then ? Sad that you display them like it's an accomplishment.”

“I recently moved to the area and sought a therapist to continue counseling. My understanding is that their office and their people are "there to help" but that is not at all the experience I had. The front desk is unprofessional at best and extremely judgemental. I would leave therapy every session feeling worse than when I got there, even as my mental health felt to be improving. It was recommended to me that I search for a different therapist after 2-3 sessions. They seem to be very overzealous about "firing your therapist" once you "get better". After each one I was asked if I wanted to come back. Honestly, not going has been better for me than going.”
