“Great experience! From the moment I walked in and the receptionist was friendly, explained everything to me. The PA I saw was friendly, very knowledgeable, and wanted to know everything I had questions about, or concerns that I needed addressed. What a change from okay take these pills, or do this and see you back in a year. It was very refreshing to have some listen, and explain, and care about her patient! A+, the office was spotless and you can really tell the pride they take in their work. Thank You for doing an excellent job!”

“Just had my first appointment here recently and the New Patient packed online was lengthy for sure but SO detailed so I did not even remotely mind. Some of those questions on there I’ve never been asked even in a normal medical setting much less just on New patient paperwork. LOVE IT! Everyone is so sweet even nurses that just passed by me in the waiting room. Absolutely love Karie so much so far. She’s so soft spoken and funny too!! And I said this directly to them and on my survey and I’ll say it here as well, even though some services genuinely have nothing to do with me/would never apply etc…. The fact that gender affirming care is available at all especially in the current climate…is TRULY AMAZING and E X A C T L Y the kind of establishment I feel safe and comfortable in. “This place is great and all the Doctors and Nurses are wonderful . One Tuesday I saw Dr Nicole Poor and she’s wonderful and take her time and go over everything with you and explain everything with you. I Received Botox on my Forehead and Trust my forehead looks Like a map I think it looks good and will look fantastic when I go back in two weeks And it wasn’t bad at all. I will be going back in two weeks for check up and maybe get something else 😊.”
