A couple times we left way worse than when we arrived and wish we were given more "homework" to help improve our relationship. I understand having a full schedule, so I wish the therapist wouldn't have taken us on as clients. The therapist was nice, but not enough to fulfill our needs”

“The unprofessionalism and incompetence of office staff at Alliance Psychological Services is unacceptable. After never receiving a bill in Jan or Feb to receive a statement at the end of March threatening collections for services rendered in January was unprofessional. I called the office to ask why we were never mailed a bill or explanation of benefits and instead received a statement with threat of collections. I spoke with Dianne who apologized that they had a new billing person and that the statement and threat was a mistake and Dianne said she would talk to their billing person and take care of it. Well I was lied to since we were sent to collections. I verified with our bank that this bill and balance was paid in full April 15th and received on April 22nd. My advice take your business elsewhere”

“Worst place ever!!! They rescheduled me twice, I rescheduled twice and the last time I canceled I was sick with covid and told them I'd call back when I tested negative. 3 weeks later Diane told me they can't schedule me because I rescheduled too many times. First off you should have said that when I canceled with covid, I had proof to show I was sick, I told you I had the messages that said I'd call but yet all of a sudden she couldn't schedule me. These are terms you need to discuss before hand with your clients and it's definitely something that should have been said when I had covid. Heck at that point I could have just came in and infected everyone! Now I can't get my surgery because I can't find anyone else who even takes my insurance! So thank you guys so much for ruining that for me!!”
