“The support staff and the "management" they speak of but won't tell you who they are or let you contact them, are so completely frustrating. They don't seem to be on the same page a lot of the time and can be very insensitive to patients. The therapists are non-existent and there's a waiting list so long they refer you to their sister operation which doesn't have any either. Dr Bahora is easily one of the best doctors I have ever seen, though. I'm very torn. But, to their credit, they made some changes that are much more appropriate. Thank you! “I was under the care of Danny Diaz, Nurse Practitioner for 5 months. Last week I texted her asking for an earlier appointment as I wasn’t feeling right and was concerned. The next day I received a text stating no availability but never asked about how I was feeling, what was I experiencing. As a provider of mental health care the providers should be asking questions to determine next steps. I have discontinued my care effective today.”
