What patients say on Google

“After supporting Dr. Gross’s practice for many years I had a chance of insurance providers. Due to the fact I was having difficulty finding a new provider who would authorize the same meds that I needed. I informed the Office Manager at Dr. Gross’s that I had dropped this new provider and attempted to return to Gross’s practice. Office Manager was curt and provided me with her own (non-medical) opinion whether or not withdrawals were a possibility. On the next weeks call she informed that I was no longer able to return (due to my frustration ie: rudeness) and refuted my concerns of withdraws and indicated I should find a new provider like that was as easy as grabbing the next bus that comes along. I feel the Office Manager (who never provides her name) is the person who is ultimately responsible for all the bad complaints you read below of the office staff.”
Frank Carpinelli
“I’m a patient of Megan’s, who has always been lovely. However, the front desk staff is often rude and make me feel like I’m bothering them. Also, it’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone for refills or to schedule an appointment. I spent 15 minutes on hold yesterday for what would have taken 2 minutes to do, so I hung up and tried later, when I was also put on a long hold. I’m only staying with the practice for Megan (and also it’s so tough to get in to another practice at this point). I would not recommend this office to anyone.”
Andrea Fioriglio
“If i could give a negative I would. Although I liked tge provider the front desk people are rude and obnoxious. They think when you call them you are interrupting their day. They are not helpful at all tgey will lie about you any chance they get. They bring up past events and threaten to hold that against you especially those with disabilities. How is someone supposed to get better? Do not go here all tge reviews are right on the money. This place should be shut down”
Joe Teegue
“The office manager here has taken out her frustrations on me in a very unprofessional manner multiple times in the past couple years going here with her being incredibly condescending. This would occur when I would just call in asking to refill a prescription or requested to have a rescheduled appointment, in which I would just let fall wayside.. If I hadn’t already established years of data working with Megan, I would pick a new doctor. I would highly recommend avoiding this practice. UPDATE: To help people out in the future to avoid this treatment, the office manager had me discharged because she didn't like that I left a review speaking up for what happened.”
