“I wouldn't recommend it. Looking for new doctor that takes tenncare... seems like a right start, but later discovered there are no doctors and when giving my medicine history I had to have blood taken and after doing all required, days later I went to get my medicine that was not at the drug store. I kept returning to the store but still, the meds were never called in. I also needed papers filled out for a new prosthetic and later told by For Motion that he would not do paperwork until I have had three or four more visits. So, I am still without my medicine and without a prosthetic and am still looking for a doctor that takes in patients. Like I said, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”
