“This place is a joke lol. If you value your mental health do not go here. Kayla Bertrand shouldn't have a job in her profession. I scheduled an appointment here. They knew very well why I was coming. I need help with mental health. But because I also have substance abuse problems that are being addressed somewhere else, where they are supposed to be and they knew all this when I set the appointment. She brings me in to tell me there is nothing she can do for me because sometimes the two things clash, substance abuse and mental health problems. Ya think lady lol. They go hand in hand. So basically told me if I want her help I need to be out of my substance abuse counseling and then she would help me lol. I have had a lot of crazy things happen in my life but that was wild. I think Alcona Health Center needs to look into some of their employees smh.”

“I love this office! Although they are extremely busy, I’m always made to feel like what I have to discuss is important. If something arises between regular appointments, I may have to see another provider; but I know my primary care physician is involved in that care too. And the office staff and med assistants are very courteous and helpful too!! If you can get an appointment as a new patient, you have hit the jackpot!”
