“I called needing info the first? Asked was what kind of insurance do I have. Not really sure they care Receptionist was the PROBLEM. After calming down a few hours I called back and skipped the Receptionist & spoke directly with the office manager. Char answered the phone with the nicest voice and I told her what happened to me earlier. I felt so much better. I wish she had been my first contact with this place. I will consider going here now because she cared enough to listen to me. To be in this type of bhsbusin you have to show compassion when people call. We call because we need help. I could have been in a bad situation when I called this morning and not been able to write anything due to her. Thanks Char for the compassion you showed me when I called back!!!”

“I called seeking to get some information around 830am I was told to call back in 30 mins or so. I wish I was able to not start work at my opening time and delay for 30 minutes. Staff should definitely get to work well in advance to be able serve people at the beginning of the business day. once they were "open"; I couldn't get an appointment for weeks out. Highly do not recommend. Receptionist seem not to care not even a little bit!”

“The receptionist is RUDE! I refuse to go here anymore because the young girl that answers the phone at this office is nasty, short and very rude! She talks over you and is not helpful or empathetic in any way. It's a shame to have this type of attitude be the first thing you have to talk to when your life is not doing well, which is why you need to go see a counselor. I recommend you get a new receptionist! I gave 2 stars because the counselors are actually good.”
