What patients say on Google
“NO FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST NO FULL TIME PRESCRIBER Update: after not getting my medication refill like usual and being unable to get in touch with anyone on the phone, I showed up in person. After sitting in a completely empty waiting room for 30 minutes, I ended up speaking to the owner of the practice as she was the only one there? She informed me that they removed me as a patient in their system because they had a change in policy that they didn't inform me of. She talked to me as if I was stupid for thinking I could still be a patient with them, despite getting my meds there for the past 3 years. She talked down to me when I was just looking to stop withdrawing from my antidepressant, as if it's abnormal to show up to your doctor's office when you need your usual refill. They don't need your business. Last spring, I had to call reception because my provider never showed to the virtual appointment. Got a call back the NEXT DAY and she said she didn't see an appt in the calendar for me. After more discussion she told me oh your provider left the practice last month. So nobody told me that my provider left OR that my appointment was cancelled. I never even considered such incompetence was possible. On top of that, the receptionist was rude with me about claiming I had an appt when there was none in the system. I asked to just be rescheduled with someone else. After I had that appointment, I found out the new person didn't take my insurance. This place will cause you problems and leave you without your medication”
“I have had a wonderful experience as a client here. From the receptionist being the sweetest lady ever, to my psychologist being a well rounded, highly educated, level headed lady who is obviously centered on client forward care in an industry that so often treats people as if you must fit into a certain DSM-# file folder to determine your care plan.... I feel as if I have been treated as an individual with unique needs instead of a patient who doesnt know anything about their own self. I was able to see someone with in a week of calling for information on intake and they work with many insurance plans. The office itself has a lot of character, and warmth, and does not feel sterile or unwelcoming. Ive never had the feeling that I wasn't an essential part of my own process, or as if my feelings or needs were being dismissed, in fact quite the opposite. I highly reccomend this facility and their staff as some of the best in the area. ♡”
“Probably the most rude secretary i’ve ever spoken to actually made me laugh out loud. Worth going somewhere else just to never talk to her again.”
“It was a tough week but they saved my life. Got me on the right meds and now I am in my senior year of college. I cannot thank everybody enough. Truly I am so grateful to all the people who work in inpatient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
