What patients say on Google

“I should have listened to the reviews but I didn’t and now we are suffering for it. When we went for the initial pre screening they tried to say our insurance was inactive-it was not. They tried to turn us around at the door pretty much and we live 2 1/2 hours away. After the testing, they said I would be notified within 2 weeks… it’s been 4 months and they just called to reschedule us for another week out. Some of the staff is friendly but not knowledgeable of the process. I understand things happen and this type of thing takes some time but I really feel like this could have been a better experience for us…”
Whitney Spivey
“We were referred here by our son's school & have had a terrible experience for the last year. We have spent over $2000 privately to get our son evaluated here. After waiting over 6 months for the diagnosis & final report, we were called THE SAME DAY as our final meeting stating Renaissance had to CANCEL IT & that the doctor "has been working from home & that the report is not ready." Are you serious? We made arrangements weeks ago for this appointment which already was pushed back. I regret dealing with the Renaissance center and if I had known all the trouble we would have gone through, I would have taken my son somewhere else. The worst service I have ever received. They would not even provide any suggestions or a letter for the school so that he could have more one on one time with a teacher's assistant. If your child needs to be evaluated for extra support in school, take them somewhere else or expect to maybe get help in 1 year's time.”

“I have been going to see Dr. Catherine Hall for over a year and a half now and have nothing but pleasant things to say about her. She is direct and to the point but I like that. Anytime I have called front desk or needed help they were there with no problems. Appointment dates depend on your needs as needed. One month trial on med or 3 months not changing meds. All in all I will keep using them. No complaints here.”

“The front desk staff at check in and check out were very pleasant and ensured I understood the process, and estimated wait times as far as prior authorization from insurance. Wallace Coleman was a joy to speak with as well!! Thankful I gave this place a try.”
