What patients say on Google

“I tried them out for the very first time July 10. Dr Jessica Grant. Blood work was done. One week went by. 2 weeks went by and finally on the third week I called them to ask can we talk about my blood work? Doctor apologized. Stated I must have slipped through the system. So to help me out, scheduled a virtual meeting. I got a text message about it. I got about three notifications and a phone call to remind me show up early for the virtual telehealth call. 30 minutes waiting. I called to ask if someone coming on. About 45 minutes waiting. Somebody called me asking do I know I have a meeting? I said yes I'm waiting. No one shows I had to go to work. No one has called me back since. I asked for an office manager. Nobody called me back. Very bad service.”

Essie Fulks
“Great thorough service and excellent customer service. Definitely my family’s new doctor 🙂”
Tatiana Roberts
“The staff is exceptional nice, but my podiatrist there would not listen to my complaints or concerns with my neuropathy, I've been dealing with it for years, what ever happened to when a doctor actually listened, Dr.Gordon was the last, if I could afford to go anywhere else I most definitely would”
